Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the product’s shipping date. Your order must be returned to the shipper to receive a full refund. Your order must be returned within two (2) weeks of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition; otherwise, they will be rejected and returned to you.

Refunds

Return refunds will always be credited to the original payment method used when you placed the order, including the credit card used for the purchase. Refunds typically arrive within 7 business days of successful receipt of the returned item and appear on your credit card statement. Depending on the billing cycle, refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to arrive.

If the original credit card used for the purchase is lost or stolen, we cannot refund to another credit card for compliance and security protocols. In this case, we will offer a refund in the form of store points, gift cards, or an exchange.

Brand new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
