We use this information to count traffic to different parts of our website, determine which websites visitors link to from our website and which websites link to our website, or help us improve the website to make it more usable. For example, we will collect and analyze IP addresses to provide efficient service, enhance security, monitor reasonable website usage, and generate traffic statistics. You can also choose to unsubscribe from special offer notifications at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time using the consumer account information on your order confirmation. If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us regarding product availability at nearby retailers and other marketing information, please reply to the text message “STOP”. The laws of your state or province may grant you certain rights, subject to certain restrictions, such as:
Right to Data Portability/Access. You have the right to access your personal information or specific personal information that we have collected within the 12 months prior to your request. Right to Erasure. You have the right to request that we erase the personal information we have collected about you. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply with your request, subject to applicable law. However, please note that we may need to retain such information, for example, for our legitimate business purposes or as required by applicable law.
