If you visit our website, we will only collect and store the domain name and hostname you used to access the internet, your computer’s IP address, your browser software and operating system, the date and time you visited the website, and the internet addresses of any websites you directly linked to or were linked to after visiting our website. We use this information to count traffic to different parts of our website, determine which websites visitors link to from our website and which websites link to our website, or help us improve the website to make it more usable. For example, we will collect and analyze IP addresses to provide efficient service, enhance security, monitor reasonable website usage, and generate traffic statistics. What Personal Information We Share

State laws, such as those in California, require us to list categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for business purposes in the past 12 months. In the past 12 months, we have disclosed all categories of personal information described in Part 1, “What Personal Information We Collect for Business Purposes.”

The California Privacy Act (CPRA) defines “sale” very broadly and may include selling/sharing certain information for a specific purpose through technologies such as cookies or other identifiers. We will never sell personal information to third parties for monetary gain, nor will we “share” personal information for targeted advertising purposes (as defined under state privacy laws). For example, if you do not wish us to retain your name, you may choose not to register as a user or not to send us any information. You will not be able to enjoy the benefits of a registered user or receive information responses, but you will still be free to browse the website.

If you no longer wish to receive our notifications or promotional materials, you can reply to the email with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line, or send us an email following the instructions below to opt out of receiving such information. You can also choose to unsubscribe from special offer notifications at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time using the consumer account information on your order confirmation. If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us regarding product availability at nearby retailers and other marketing information, please reply to the text message “STOP”. To resubscribe, please reply “START”.

The laws of your state or province may grant you certain rights, subject to certain restrictions, such as:

Right to Data Portability/Access. You have the right to access your personal information or specific personal information that we have collected within the 12 months prior to your request. Right to Erasure. You have the right to request that we erase the personal information we have collected about you. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply with your request, subject to applicable law. However, please note that we may need to retain such information, for example, for our legitimate business purposes or as required by applicable law.

Oppose/Restrict Use. Visitors to our website can opt out of tracking by clicking the “Manage website data collection preferences” link below.
